Event Registration and Participation Terms

Notice of Filming and Recording

By attending the event and entering the event area, you acknowledge that you have been informed that you may be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded.

Further, by entering this area, you grant your irrevocable consent to Poetry for Personal Power, Inc. (the “Organization), including its successors, assigns, and licensees, to include your name, likeness, photographic image, mannerisms, and voice in the any
production(s), promotional videos and photography, and advertisements, without compensation and/or credit, to be exploited for any purpose whatsoever in any and all media now known or hereafter devised in perpetuity.

All photographs, film or video footage, or other audio or video recordings, and any works derived therefrom, shall be the sole property of Organization and you waive any and all rights of publicity, privacy, or other rights therein. You further waive any and all rights to bring an action at law or equity against Organization, its successors, assigns, and licensees, and release them from any and all liability whatsoever.

COVID 19 Notice

Organization is employing best practices and assumes no liability regarding the coronavirus or any associated implications. Any persons who enter the property assume all risks of exposure to the COVID-19 virus, and agree to release and hold harmless Poetry for Personal Power, Inc., its successors, assigns, and licensees from any and all claims relating to the same. Persons who enter must complete an intake form and agree to notify Organization of any positive coronavirus symptom(s) or test(s) received within one (1) month of entering the event.

If you do not agree to the above terms, you should not enter or attend the event.
